Help Us

Read how you can help us here.

As a registered charity, Brunswick Youth and Community Centre relies on various sources of funding.

Here’s how people help us:

  1. Donate money to us, by cheque, or via our Virgin Money Giving page. Donations are welcome as a one-off or regular monthly gift, and are eligible for gift aid. Click here to donate.
  2. Volunteer your time. Again, there are two ways we arrange for volunteers:
  3. Sponsors from the public and private sector make a real difference to our work. Read about them and how they help here. We welcome individual sponsors as well as corporate sponsors.
  4. Bequests, gifts of property in a will, enable people to leave a lasting legacy to help support our work. Call Keith Lloyd on 0151 922 3552 if you want more information about how to set up a bequest.

As you can see, our supporters help us with:

  • money;
  • resources (e.g. Cammell Laird shipbuilders built a boat for our play area, and Donoghue Solicitors provide website and marketing support); and
  • their time.

Any and all support is welcome. Please contact us to discuss how you can help The Brunny.

Why Help Us

Brunswick Youth and Community Centre is a registered charity (number 1130227), with a long and storied history.

We are dedicated to helping people in Bootle and the wider Sefton community. By providing education and leisure facilities we help young people grow and mature as members of society.

And our recreation and leisure facilities help improve conditions of life for all people in our area, and the wider community, regardless of age, sex, sexual orientation, race, political, religious, or other opinions.

Membership of Brunswick Youth and Community Centre is FREE to our members, and many of our activities are also free of charge.
